Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
AppleHub reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Items without original packaging or missing components
- Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (if stated)
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team within 5 days of delivery
- Provide your order details and reason for return
- Once approved, you will be guided through the return process
Customers may be required to ship the item back to the provided address.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product
- Once approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will offer:
- Replacement of the item, or
- Full refund, where applicable
All such claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping Costs
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part
Nationwide Service
AppleHub currently provides delivery within Pakistan only. All return and refund services are applicable within the same region.
